EFT Tapping
IS EFT EVIDENCE-BASED?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) has been researched in more than 10 countries worldwide and its effectiveness has been published in more than 20 different peer reviewed journals. Here in Australia, Bond University in Queensland is leading the world in current research for the effectiveness of EFT for obesity, food cravings and weight management. These clinical trials are being led by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Peta Stapleton who has been internationally recognised as an expert in the field of EFT.
EFT has been found to be an “evidence-based” practice for the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD and phobias. EFT can be considered best practice for a wide variety of physical, mental and emotional issues with its combination of recognised interventions such as Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Acupressure, Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Body Work as well as elements of EMDR and Inner Child work.
“Clinical EFT” (as offered by The Inner Shine Clinic in Sydney) has led to a growing acceptance of energy medicine as a safe and effective treatment with rapid results within primary healthcare, for both physiological and medical diagnoses. We seek to empower and liberate our clientele of families, communities and individuals; from the stressed out executive to the confused teenager searching for identity. We enable them to free themselves from limiting mindsets by teaching them to actually re-store, rewire and re-programme the brain for inner peace, success, health and happiness. That is why our results are so profound and long-lasting.
